If you’re not happy, you can return eligible, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
What can be returned
- Unopened, unused items in their original packaging — eligible for a refund.
- For health & safety reasons, opened supplements can’t be resold and aren’t returnable unless they’re faulty.
- Items clearly marked “final sale” are not returnable.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with your order reference and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping.
How to start a return
Contact our team with your order reference (it looks like AYUR-…) and we’ll send you simple instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Card refunds are processed via Cashfree; timing after that depends on your bank.
Shipping & delivery
- Free express shipping on orders over $200; otherwise a $9.95 flat rate.
- Orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days, with tracking.
- Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Subscriptions save you 15%. You can skip, swap, pause or cancel any time from your account before your next billing date.
